Thank you for choosing Label Devina. Each piece is made with care and attention, and we’re here to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email, which you can use to track the shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (India):
We charge a flat shipping fee of INR 250 on all domestic orders.
International Orders:
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email once your order is finalised to receive the exact shipping cost.
Note: Import duties, customs charges, and taxes (if applicable) are not included in your order value. These charges, if levied by the destination country, are to be borne by the customer and paid directly to the shipping or customs agency. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to estimate or control them.
Delivery Timelines
Our handcrafted pieces typically take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on the location and order specifications.

Returns & Exchanges
All our pieces are custom made with alot of love and effort, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.
We request you to reach out to us before placing your order in case you need any assistance regarding sizing, fabric, or styling.
Disclaimer
Each Label Devina piece is hand-painted and hand-embroidered by artisans, and therefore, no two designs will ever be exactly the same. The uniqueness is a part of its charm, and slight variations are a mark of its handcrafted nature.
Please also note that while we strive to present our colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to individual screen settings and lighting.
